The 403 should definitely not be pulled. The link from Wallasey to Gorsey Lane is useful both to reach the doctors' surgery and connect with the 432/433. I use it from time to time and enough people use it to keep it just about viable from what I've seen.

I couldn't agree more! There is a delicate passenger flow all the way along the 403/413 routes, it is very much hit and miss from day to day. If they are going to retain the 403 as Seacombe to Arrowe Park as 2829 posted, then I feel it could work better than it currently is. The 430 would be a welcome return providing people actually used it, I feel a bit of Deja Vu with recurring reinstatement of services over the last few years.

Isn't that one of the ones with a similar registration plate to some of the Enviro's, CX58 FZ*?

Indeed your info is normally spot on what I was saying was basically seems strange A random Pulsar not one from A start or end of A batch or one that follows before or after current Birkenhead ones
but thanks for your info its much appreciated
They've most likely just picked the worst of the batch, most depots pick the worst buses to transfer which makes sense, why would you transfer the better examples!.. there will be a sensible reason behind it somewhere(he says!)
