It was supposed to be on rails, rail driver took a hybrid instead so it ended up on service.

Yes the mind does boggle the number of single deckers on busy cross river routes

4104 would make sense as it's the last unaccounted for B7TL from the batch formerly at Winsford. It might even still be there, laid up. Both 4100 and 4104 (as well as Speke's cannibalised 4122) have been out of service for a long time, so it would be great to see them back up and running.

At least Birkenhead has always had deckers. Green Lane didn't have any at all for far too long

4102 and 2545 are also allocated on the 432/433/437
4623/4624 on the 432/433/437 circuit
4652 on the 464
4560/ 4653 on the 407/471/472 circuit

And no sign of 4102...lo and behold the day im available and i couldnt see it out anywhere ????
4102 is heading back over the water so isn't to be used again I think.
