I think it is Swans Travel based in Manchester Andy. Probably best to go out to Liverpool pier head and see what turns up when the ferry next comes back from Manchester.

Only buses with tachographs could operate on the ferry contract. At the time Laird St ran the contract the following buses had tachographs...
2435/6
2457
3297-3308 (minus 3299 & 3302)
4002
4200-4205 (I think there is one that doesn't carry a tachograph but I am unsure)
When did they stop doing that contract?
Last year after the last cruise in 2013.

I know that it brought a lot of over time and money to many drivers.
From the 15 of June there will be an extra bus on the PVR for the 437/2/3. The extra bus will be in the daily timetable. This is to allow drivers more layover time in West Kirby, Liverpool and New Brighton.
And in not so important news work has begun on the two new bus washes at the depot.

St helens have had 2 bus washes fitted as they clean the buses a lot better but take slightly longer to clean as the bus as to keep stopping at certain points while it cleans.
