Sounds like just one giant merry go round .
All of a sudden a single decker on the 418/9 is a surprise , what a difference 18 months make then it was a surprise to see a double decker on that route .
Well there was mainly single deckers on 418/9 today.4171 was on 437 and 3006 on 464.
4171 managed to stay out on 437 lates
Observed a few buses on the 423, LS have changed the blinds to include scrolling via points 423 displayed Birkenhead or Liverpool via Seacombe-Liscard-Moreton-Arrow Park
Some unusual allocations today.4533 on 409,4525 on 410 and 4171 on 437 again
It now looks like a common user fleet these days , rather than being particularly used on cross river services.
The only thing im surprised about is that they 45xx series aren't used on the service 2 instead of the pulsar's.

The Volvo B5LHs aren't used on the 2 because they're needed on the routes they were bought for
Is correct. The 2 doesn't warrant D/D unfortuneatly as I would love to see double deckers on there.

And the 409 and the 410 are the routes they where the 45xx series where intended for .
If you go down that route they should not be used on anything other than the 407/71/2 and 432/3/7 routes . Not even the 464 as that wasnt in the original list that route was to be operated by any other serviceable diesel double deckers .
