All merseyside depots are providing upto 15 drivers each apart from st helens which will only be sending 9.
The drivers in birkenhead bus stn will be new starters as birkenhead have taken on upto 10 drivers so as said arriva do inductions to the bus station in partnership witherseytravel.
I hear there's been an Enviro400 on loan, was told it's been on the 437 today (and presumably 432/433 as well).....haven't seen it myself, does anyone know which was it was?

Cheers, since heard it's possibly the first of several for use during the Wirral line closure.....
Quick favour to ask....if the Enviro400 is out again today, can anyone advise what it's doing around 1400, would like to get a pic whilst it's here!
Ta in advance!
I'm liking the new font being used on the hanovers at LS, looks similar to Southports
4823 and 4828 have arrived at Heysham Docks.
Wrong thread I know but... A friend of mine is a regular commuter on the 437 from Greasby to Liverpool. She is really concerned that many rail passengers will opt for the 437 rather than change onto a rail replacement service at Birkenhead North. She is anticipating having to travel to West Kirby in order to be sure of getting on a 437 to Liverpool. I wonder if Arriva will have any buses on stand-by at West Kirby for this reason? Also, would this be allowed?
They sre putting the frequency up on the 432/433/437 so she will be fine

My understanding is that currently, in the morning peak, the 437 is often close to capacity by the time it gets to Greasby. An extra bus alone may well not suffice.
