So 2403 is for scrap then and that is why it is at the front of the depot with NFS in the window, 2402 must be due to go as well, all that money spent on them just last year as well. Oh well.

That's the plan!

Worth more in scrap then resale sadly, plus why but an early low floor when darts from London suffice?
Managed to grab a ride on 2344 today (pure luck, wasn't planning riding buses or nothing!) and it's not a bad bus at all, really fast! 2402 was still going on the 9 today as well.

2578 was still at Speke today as well on one of the 7* services.

Really Luke. I thought it was sluggish. Maybe that was to do with a old driver but it does need a retrim if its staying here for the future.
I'd definitely say it was down to the driver, the one I had earlier in the day floored it through Dovecot, thought it was a good bus! I do agree though the interior is very tired.
Agree with Luke, 2344 is a great bus, had it on the 432 a few months ago, spot on!!!
If you think 2344 is a good bus wait for 2345 to come that is the better one as I guess that will be following soon?
Andy, wait and see. It seems GL is taking on any crap at the moment so it's anyone's guess.

2103 is now parked behind 2403 on the depot, perhaps the end for that one?

The mad allocations continue with 2577 and another Commander (2574 I think couldn't get a positive ID) on the 6/7 and 2221 and 2720 on the 10B. The latter was booked off at some point through the day as was over the pits when I went past.

Well, it's just been re-taxed for another 12 months...

(Although having said that, so has 2298, which reportedly has already gone for scrap!)

2298 had a sign saying scrap but no parts or anything removed so it may of survived and sold on.
