What are we expecting from Bolton?. Also is there any orders for new buses, rumours are going around saying Enviro200s are replacing the MCs and the Pointer IIs.

Regarding new orders, personally I doubt any Pulsars are on the way, but you never know. Enviro200s size wise are ideal replacements but I don't think they'll be able to cope with Liverpools roads and the demanding life they'd live at one of the busiest depots in the North West. Furthermore Arriva tend to buy them with the 4 cylinder engine as demonstrated in the Southport examples, which as shown by Runcorns Cadets, are not up to the job when it comes to hard demanding lives.
So it looks like XL streetlites?.
from bootle will be DAF's, am also told buses that will leave bolton are for green lane and bolton
What's due to leave Bolton? Looks like Green Lane will get the Ikarus DAFs and trio of Mylleniums...lucky Green Lane yet more DAFs.

Possibly! Can't really vouch for build quality, and Im not 100% on engines either, but judging on the fact they are starting to creep into the fleet elsewhere, its not out of the question!

If it is then you should be happy, they'll in theory be replacing Marshalls, providing more extra capacity!

Either Streetlite,Versa or Enviro 200 As i carnt see it being Citysmart & theres no other midibuses on market that i can think of
Commanders, GL are expecting Boltons commanders...
Can't see why Bolton would want to give up Commanders, but we all know the mad stuff Arriva have done in the past. To be fair Danny's right in regards to the DAFs as well, they are far from the best buses but do provide an increase of around 5 seats on a Marshall. That makes all the difference on a peak hour 12/13 I'd say. Common sense would be to put the extra Commanders (if they come) on the 12/13 displacing all remaining Darts onto the 8/9.
