Could easily be reduced if someone cared to adjust the emergency exit handles.
Today, Renowns Y718 KNF (2718) and Y721 KNF (2721) were out on the 8/9 and the 12/13 respectively.

Also, Plaxton Pointer 2 X216 ANC (2216) was out on the 6/7 - I seen it on the 6, heading to Warrington...! Confused
Just a friendly reminder of the forum guidelines section 1b.:
Quote:1. Please enjoy the forum! The forum was set up for bus enthusiasts to discuss the hobby so please use it to the full but be mindful that your posts do not/are not:
b) Unfairly critical of any company/operator or their vehicles.
By all means discuss vehicles among operator's fleets but ensure that your comments are substansiated and not just a reference to vehicles being 'sheds'.

Thanks!
Does the 8/9 Interwork?

Yeah I think it does

Correct, They interwork at James Street
Being GL longest route the 6 to warrington should have pulsars on it all the time
It's not about how long the route is though, it's about how much revenue and ultimately profit it brings in ;-) Remember also, that due to interworking (if I'm correct!), a Pulsar allocated on a Warrington 6 is also going to be working shorter 6s and 7s through the day.

They do interwork, but remember the recovery costs if one of the older buses breaks
down in warrington
With the allocation of the Renowns, that hasn't been a major issue (as far as I'm aware, at least) and as has been discussed previously, large operators like Arriva receive generous discounts from recovery operators such as RNW anyway.
