Another Dart on the 68 today was 2221.

(There is a readon behind it)

2215, 2216, 2229, 2231 and 2236 are now based here

Could you possibly tell us the reason? Smile Oh, today! I presume once they've bedded in they'll get allocated as Dart's and not ex Bootle allocations?

Oh great, they're literally the worst of the lot. 2229/36 are a pair of utter sheds. Nice one Bootle...

They require holders for the coin dispencers as the current ones are not GL standard
Is this because Bootle was a North Western depot and Green Lane MTL they had different standards for coin dispensers?!

I seem to remember when the Marshall Darts were first moved to Bootle they used a coin dispenser that didn't fit into the dash area properly like the MTL depots had.

Very odd indeed! Hopefully won't take too long before they arrive. Cheers Reece Smile
I'm not 100% sure on this - but I think I saw 2237 on the 68 as well
Apparently the transfer of the 68 is only for 3 months with 20 drivers from Bootle...Can anybody confirm this?
I've updated my blog with some photos of what was on the newly-transferred 68 today (the link is on my signature).

They've gone to heaven - they'll live how they act with Green Lane!

And then? Bit bizarre given there is no room at the Bootle depot hence them moving now. Unless the 61 is going to move if and when LS send the Enviros over but I think I am over thinking things here.

As previously said, the 60 and the 61 are both too complicated to move as they interwork with each-other during the evening and on Sundays. To add to the madness, the 59 and the 61 interwork during the week. So, in theory, if one goes, they all go!

The 62/62A/62B, IF another service was to leave Bootle, would be what I'd bet on.
