They're being kept out of service till March where they should gain MX14*** plates
I'm not sure if anyone's mentioned this but 3014's front end has now been tidied up with the addition of black-painted light clusters. It looks a lot smarter now.
The 6x MX14 reg pulsars for the 6/7 (3159-3164) should be in service tomorrow, replacing the Alx300's (Eventually as they could still be required.).
There aren't enough of these Pulsars to replace all the ALX300s, and I think 2344/45 were due to be leaving for Southport as Marshall Dart replacements.
The registrations for the new Pulsars are as follows:

MX14 HRN/O/P/R/U/W

All six of these are down as registered on the DVLA tax checking site, plus 3163 has been seen wearing two different registration plates on Captain Glenn Quagmire's Flickr Page
3160 3162 on 6 this morning as promised lets hope they stay on 6/7
Are they the same spec?.

3163 is out on the 6 - reg MX14 HRU
Just been for a ride on 3164 (MX14 HRW).
Slow acceleration, possibly due to Euro6 emission equipment, possibly due to still being tight and new.

Virtually identical to the 12-plate Pulsars at Bootle, apart from new-style wheelchair stickers. Standard seating capacity 44 seats, 33 standees (max cap 77). Usual 8885kg weight marking.

Driver says they cost £144,000 each. Just 200 miles on 3164's clock.
Nice clean buses.
