Marshall T612 PNC (7612) seemed to have broken down today at about 14:15 on West Derby Road in Liverpool.
The 68 had DAF/ALX300 V405 ENC (2405) on there, along with Marshall T614 PNC (7614). Plaxton Pointer 2s X215 ANC (2215), X231 ANC (2231) and X236 ANC (2236) were on the 13, the 9 and the 13 respectively.
I'm away at the moment, so hopefully a V-ENC will find it's way on to the 68 next week when I'm back as will make a nice change on the way home from work.

My ride on 2405 was certainly something different! They suit being on there, to be honest - just seems like their type of work.
I have only ridden one recently and that was on the 7 but cant remember which one it was, it would just be a change to a dart or pulsar that I always seem to get on the two buses that I get home.

They were not suitable when they worked the 79. Far too small.
Interestingly, Plaxton Pointer R603 MHN (2103) has "68" on its' back-end manual destination unit!
2202 was on the 68 today, to my knowledge the first time a native GL X-ANC has appeared on the 68. 2236 on the 9 and 2217/21 in the depot, so another native GL bus must have been on there.
2313 was also on the 68 today
Does anyone know what's up with 2644? It was towed in by RNW three weeks ago and is still parked up in the depot NFS. Presume it's a serious problem and 2644 is awaiting parts to come from Ireland?
Two very unusual sightings today in the form of 2577 on the 9 and 2959 on the 8.
