Presumably to keep it uncluttered to show off the livery, the Ribble liveried one (4411) at Bootle is also advert free.

Brilliant pictures GKA, I know an Enviro400 looks nothing like it but in that livery has a feel of the Alexander R-Type Olympian's GL got in 1983 about it. They certainly look good in that livery and if Stagecoach are to do a NMC similarly it'd be an interesting comparison between the two.

Thanks for sharing GKA especially with the roadworks and bad weather at the moment.

From memory i think the skirting was painted black in the MPTE days although i stand to be
corrected
4590 is on 10B today if anyone's looking for it.
Six of Green Lane's buses were damaged during Mischief Night
4661 repainted on 10B today (07/11).
Looks really good why didn't they have Merseyside transport on the near side also
