I saw a couple of buses not in service towards Warrington today, but didn't know that this was the reason.
One of them was going down Liverpool Road, taking the 110 route, but the other obviously had a bit more knowledge of the area and took the shorter route along Sankey Way.
I also passed two showing "not in service" on the expressway from Daresbury about 1300 but with passengers on, so I'm guessing they came round through Warrington as well.

First time, I read that as 'on the expressway from Daresbury with about 1300 passengers on"
Today X1 branded 3140 was on the 79C then 3138 was swapped for 2554 on the X1!
How many Cadets here are still left to go through P&P, seen a few today but lost track now of far they got

Caught 2525 on X1 the other day, werid enough 3138 was on 79c! This is the first time I have seen cadets on the X1 apart from December 2012, when 2544 was spotted on the X1!

It would have more been likely to be 2524 as 2544 is based at wythenshawe

Before the arrival of the Pulsar 2s, I'm sure that one of the evening X1s came off of a 79C journey in Murdishaw after being on there all day and travelled dead to start an X1 journey in Windmill Hill.
