hi as 5004 gone from runcorn didnt see it wen in garage wen was on the x1 to change drivers this morning

Been told today that the 3 SB180's are having cab screens fitted before they can go back in service

Quick update from my source at Runcorn

5004 is at St Helens undergoing P+P having been VOR getting a new engine
2623 was here, and has since been replaced by 2497. 2574 and 2575 are also here, unclear how long for however.
2535 is withdrawn at St Helens and won't see any further service. 3139 is also VOR with major accident damage, unclear if it will be getting repaired or not

3139 is no longer parked in the corner so may have gone to be repaired.

What's happened to 2535

Centro 2616 was on the X1 today. How this route has fallen from grace over the years!

in the depot this afternoon the 3 hired bus 7923/24/31 have now all been fitted with drivers cab screen and have have all the corvic notes fitted and passenger total been 20 on the cab door

are these the only remaining hired buses at Runcorn now?

Yes they are the others went back
