A brilliant working, but I feel envious! I rode route 79c exactly 5 weeks earlier, and it was an unrefurbished Cadet. Thankfully I have already done a Marshall earlier this year (albeit from St Helens garage).
7672 was on the 79C on Saturday, too.

It was a very good ride. I havent been on a unrefurbished cadet since mid april but there is only 2 or 3 left now still left with the old strider branding.
Is anyone else on here a fan of the Strider branding? I'm quite a fan of it myself and think it stands out a hell of a lot more than the small Connections branding on some of the Cadets now.

I agree, the Strider branding is MUCH more striking than the Connexions branding. I bet most passengers don't even notice it

I agree!
'Strider' had some character and gave Arriva an identity you could relate to.
It was also a bit brighter than Arriva's standard dingy blue and bland white.
The 'connextion' branding (

3139 on the 1/2 whilst 2554 is on the 21
From VOSA, the 21/X30 route was amended effective from yesterday.
Does anyone know the change? -- I'm assuming it's minor.

It not until 24thJune owing to the swing bridge been repaired, A temporary bridge will be put across the river towards the railway bridge,
and the only access to it will be from the Runcorn direction, this means the X30 and 21 will have to turn right at the lights then to the M56 roundabout then double back to the temporary bridge
Coming back from Frodsham again after coming over the bridge it will have to turn left towards the M56 roundabout then come back to pick up it's normal route,
It will be on for 14 months so that should be fun
