Looked at the timetables again it's not Arriva 62 thats the issue thats every 30 minutes, it's Warrington's Own journeys thats the issue, Warrington have to stick to the Halton times for the Halebank journeys for now

It's now actually only 42 days notice to Traffic Commissioner, but you must give 70 days notice to local authorities, who have to complete a form which goes in with the registration. This is to allow local authorities time for local consultation if required. Given the special circumstances here, the local councils might be willing to have less than their allotted 28 days, but very much up to them to allow it (and operators to ask in the first place).
Here is what as been allocated to Runcorn to cover the former Halton Transport routes

While the loan buses are meant to be covering for Halton Transport work one of the MCV VDLs was out yesterday covering for a Gas Bus on 500s while the other one was out on 61s.

They are not just allocated onto former Halton routes, They can be allocated onto anything operated out of Runcorn Depot

Correct with that I should have reworded to say with Halton routes been taken on theses buses are in addition to the Runcorn Allocation, (Cant win them all)

So any standard bus can be allocated the last few days Enviro 200MMCs 7932 SK68LZF 7933 SK68LZG with only having 30 seats seem to be found on the the 1/2 or 3A/3C

As most of the Halton routes are been covered by ex Halton staff don't think you will find a Gas Bus on these routes unless the driver as had type training on them (but then I could be wrong)
what happened to 2601,did it go back to Birkenhead?

Yes been replaced by Pulsar 3001 from Birkenhead
Thanks for that, haven't seen it back yet ,wonder if it's come back with a fault the reason why 3001 replaced it?
