Solo MX55BYD (ex K&H Doyle Coaches Ltd. Alfreton Derbyshire) which entered service with GHA in its Tesco livery has been given the standard GHA (low floor) livery and was in use today -

Bryn Melyn's DAF SB220LC550 / Optare Delta has returned to service having been undergoing some major repairs.
Sunday of this week saw the first day of revised and withdrawn services in the Wrexham area due to the curtailment of certain Council subsidies. A few services have survived and are now commercial. Full details can be seen at the Wrexham website at

It will be interesting to see what happens to the two Wrexham owned Solos YJ09EZK and YK05CBX. They have recently been used on the 62 and 65 Ceiriog valley services but as a result of the cuts are no longer required for this work. The former Solo still carries the 101 Shoppa Hoppa livery while the latter carries the Pontcysyllte Heritage site livery. They were both sitting at Ruabon today not being used.
