At a guess, I can see it'll be the arriva macclesfield depot that pick up the 9/10A & 87. Be a sight for sure to see stagecoach running out of macc on the 130!
Any idea which stagecoach depot are picking it up & what kinda timetable are they going to use? Ironic really as well now, arriva back running the 9 & 10A as it was theirs before. 87 will be an interesting route for them too, might be macc or winsford but not sure yet though. Will ask my dirver mate.

Today Arriva NW Versa 99? On route SP1 heading to Cheshire oaks just before 11.30am replaced GHA route.

The Local Authorities have been working hard to find operators to take on former GHA routes. Interestingly as the routes will not yet be registered no fares are being collected on the examples I have seen which include the following
Route X1 (Chester) - Mold - Ruthin - Townlynx -
W181XMA
Route 2 Mold to Ruthin via Eryrys - Townlynx -
W173XMA
Route 14 Mold to Denbigh - Llew Jones -
MX07JOJ
SP1/2 Mold to Ellesmere Port - Stagecoach -
PX55EGD
Clearly there are many teething problems. Townlynx have not yet managed to get the destinations programmed but have good window signs. The SP1/SP2 route is to be worked by both Arriva and Stagecoach. The Arriva example was not seen but Versa 999 CX11EVH was beleived to be working. Flintshire CC staff were route training the drivers and there was not sufficient personnel to meet the demands. The Llew Jones Solo had to leave Mold late after the driver had to take a statutory break. Normally the GHA driver would have had a releif driver for this task.

ARRIVA are and started today with no reported signs of D Jones and Sons, the registrations surely shouldn't be accepted for an instant start date!
