Do we know if these are destined for anywhere specifically? Or just going into the 'pool' of buses?

Used on school working but then pressed into normal service to cover service due to late running buses caused by roadwork's
Looking through the railings at Tarvin earlier there appears to be a Dark Blue 06 plate LWB Solo parked up with a flashing beacon on the roof.

The presence of a flashing beacon is usually an indicator that the vehicle has been employed 'airside' at some point in its history.

Latest arrival is

FJ06URR - Caetano bodied Alexander Dennis Dart from Red Rose, Aylesbury (accident damaged but likley to be restored)

Captured Mercedes Benz N2 GHA in New Brighton (Wirral) this afternoon on a college bus.

Latest arrivals are

P50HWC - Volvo B10M-62 / Caetano C49Ft new in May 1997 to Leach, Harold Wood, and recently with R and J Coaches, Ashford,

W912COJ - Mercedes Benz 614D / Excel C24F recently with Call-a-Cab, Pontyberem

It is not certain what the future is for these two acquisitions but the latter arrived without an engine and has previously been written off so 'for spares' is likely.

Recently acquired Solo YJ06FYA (ex Meteor Parking Standsted airport) is now in GHA (low floor livery) and is currently being prepared for service. This includes fitting new seats as it was fitted with luggage racks.

Another Solo - T645HBF is well on its way to be prepared for service and has received GHA (low floor) livery.

Another recent acquisition FJ06URR ex Red Rose Caetano bodies Dart has been sent for specialist repairs.

M401EFD - the ex Arriva Shrewsbury Park and Ride Scania / East Lancs has donated certain parts and has now left on what will be its final journey to Barnsley (Partons).

M831SDA ex Arriva Midlands (1831) a Scania / East Lancs decker has left GHA presumably for scrap.

W677DDN the Llangollen Express liveried Solo will see further service after its RTC and has now received a new 'front end' from T121BUS (which had been with GHA since April 2011 and has been used for spares).

Of the six ex West Midlands Solos obtained in August 2010 T316UOX never saw service despite it gaining GHA livery. Unfortunately it appeared that when it was nearly ready for service it became too convenient and was a source of urgent parts. Its future now appears finite as today it was about to donate its engine.
