Edit: Was posting same time as T42 PVM

I notice in the Article you have posted it says another hearing will take place to talk about RJ of Wem however the 2 guys running it are no longer allowed to operate a Bus Company so i cant see how this company will last either.

But nothing stopping another member of their family from running it!

Lets hope Wrexham BC now have egg on their face with awarding the contracts when both ARRIVA Cymru and Midlands were understood to have bid for the 146.
I notice there's no mention in either article about GM Mr Bryce?

It's good news in the sense that they have finally been brought to book over thier antics but I do wonder IF they hadn't been shut down by HMRC and were still attempting to run the shambles of a service how long before the TC would have stepped in?
Potentially the TC might revoke the licences of these new companies so Wrexham council is forced to once again look for new operates which comes at cost to the tax payer.
Could Mr Bryce be stopped from running this Easybus thing?

Companies House state that Gareth Lloyd Davies terminated his position as director of RJ's of Wem on 8th September and a new director Mrs. Sally Ann Lloyd Davies was appointed. It's still showing Arwyn Lloyd Davies as a director.

In a word no. He's apparently involved with Easybus on a self employed 'consultancy' basis - presumably this is so if and when the crap hits the fan he can walk away and not have to look back just like he seems to have done with GHA.

It's no surprise really. They will have been very quick to remove themselves from being named as being involved with the companies incase of a punishment like this was imposed. I really do hope the TC sees through this smokescreen and shuts them down as it's clear if they carry on it will just be another GHA all over again.
GHA £5.2 million in debt!
There's an interesting statement from the administrators as well.
