GHA N606FJO was seen at Macclesfield Bus Station displaying Student Transport on the display with 39 on bits of paper in the window at 1330
I think SN03 DZZ has been branded for the 19, or the 27 I'm not sure!!!
.
The latest arrival is YN53SWF a Solo M850 B28F. New in Sept 2003 to Richmond, (Quality Line) Epsom (OP13) - it is currently in the bodyshop and it is believed it will join the Bryn Melyn fleet.

On demonstration for a two week period is Mercedes Benz O530 Citaro (Euro VI) - likely to work from Tarvin on routes 36 and 45 - photo

A number of vehicles have left the fleet for scrap -

S878SNB - ex Arriva NW (808) Dart- was damaged by fire in Macclesfield in June last year and has had most parts removed

YO53OUH - Optare Alero - owned by Flintshire County Council - not seen use for over 2 years - was due to be returned to FCC last July but it would not move

N357MPN - ex Stagecoach (16357) Volvo / Alexander Decker which has been with GHA since Dec 2010 but never saw service - after initial evaluation was used for spares.

The Sunsundequi ex Goodsir has lost its personal number GSU368 in favour of CN08TKV

Its acquired a large '27' vinyl on each side.
Solo B10PTL went out on the 16:00 T3 to Barmouth with the 'X94' number!
Theres a rumour going around a few bus depots in Chester that GHA have put in for the Chester Park and Ride contract and seem pretty confident that they are going to get it. Heard it from a few people now.

Thats Hilarious LaughLaugh 2Hammer
Any news on the alero, did they eventually get it moved?!

Shame these are now just sitting around doing bugger all, are they actually owned by GHA or just leased. If so what's the plans for em, presumably just scrap value now. Its a pity their so heavy on maintenance & brakes etc etc as a driver i've spoken to few weeks bk says they're actually quite a decent drive, just the reliability was never 100%.

YO53OUH has gone for scrap - it went on 14/1/15.

This was the last of a batch of Aleros that were owned by the Local Authority and were used by a number of operators (GHA, P and O Lloyd, Phillips of Holywell, Hutchinsons of Buckley and possibly others) for LA subsidised services such as the Deeside Shuttle, Denbighshire Flexi. The Aleros were replaced mainly by Solos and the Aleros were kept by the operators mainly as spare buses. Most of them were taken back by the LA and sent to auction - but a few of them - such as YO53OUH were only fit for scrap.
Vale Travel P762 FOD was on SP2 today and broke down in Ellesmere Port around 12 noon.
