According to the Cheshire West Bus Timetable Changes page its states that Network Warrington is going to withdraw its service 45 between Warrington and Northwich from the 1st September 2015

And apparently run all services via the 46 route with extensions to Lostock Gralam and Wincham.

I saw Metrorider R627 SJM being towed by GHAs recovery vehicle up the A525 this morning at around 07:45, so I would assume it would either be heading to Ruthin for spares or off to be scrapped.

Off to scrap, had all the mechanicals taken out and the engine I think is going in dart V8 GHA!

Also another thing, I remember a couple months back that someone mentioning that a Optare Metrodecker should be demoing at GHA in July, anyone know when it's due to turn up??

In the window of a Solo running the 289 route today I noticed a piece of paper stuck in the window by the door saying something like "New fares now in operation." Does anyone know what changes there have been to fares in Cheshire, or does it relate to other routes operated out of the Tarvin depot?

I think the notice is in relation to other services and it happend to be on the vehicle operating the 289
