One question for SLT is would they be looking into taking over the 26 now First is coming off it? It would make a great opportunity for the company with a route into Manchester.

i would love to see that happen but i hear they are so short on room in the depot as it is, ok it would make a profit but do they have the buses and room to even try it?

Possibly run an additional 126 journey between Leigh and Worsley to have a half-hourly service.

Leigh to Worsley on its own wouldn't be viable, it would need to go somewhere from there.

It would also be interesting to hear from their resident what the route change is going to be for the 319 in August.

Already enquired about this one - apparently full details will be released within the next couple of weeks!

Thanks, I imagine it is something fairly significant if they are not willing to say at the moment!

i should think the 319 shorts are going as they always get few numbers
