there was one on traffords this morning then one on 715 thes afternoon in preston livery with diamond fleet names

One of the questions on the link is will it eventually go to preston? It makes sense if preston bus needs it, it can just go. Same if Diamond needs one that can just go. It would aldo be less confusing for customers seeing a buses in a uniform than each one a different colour.
