31917 - 571/2.
31922 - 37 (I think it was today anyway, my memory is crap LOL)
31928 - 658.
31932 - 600.
31938 - 610.
31947 - 600.
34262 - 621/8.
Dart SLF 40404 was also on the 582!!! 31938 also has some serious power, it is different to most of the other Arrows! It's off in an instant and is going at an 'appropriate speed' within seconds, a proper good vehicle! :P Unlike 31917 however, which seems to have a top speed of about 5mph.
Thomas 31917 is a shed, struggles on hills, and should have been withdrawn, don't know why Bolton Depot think its worth putting on the road everyday. Still hopefully this summers expected new buses, should kill off this bus, along of course with the other Arrows
They better keep 31938 though, that thing is by far the fastest thing that I have ever been on! Plus it's had a full refurbishment inside! :P
Don't know 31938, they may just keep it yet, seem to have exceptions, espically where P reg vehicles are concerned

Also, Oldham-based Dart working the 181 this afternoon.
wonder if the dart was 40434 love that bus
Think it was a 4042x but may well have been a 4043x.
Queens Road branded do go across to piccadilly to do an X34 Peak time after the 17 here is the proof

Sounds good about a new Pioneer depot, then they will be able to ACTUALLY expand, maybe even leading in the remerge to Manchester? :P
oh yes so it is your bus. Seriously though loved riding on it the other day, shows Bolton Darts up, and I'am on them every day.
40434 was doing 456 Hollingworth Lake to Rochdale when I was on it
All of the Crusaders bar 1 or 2 are excellent Darts. 40415 is a good one too, munched it's engine the other year though, runs like a dream both then and now.

saw 34100 on loan to Pioneer also not sure if true but 34101/7/34207 on loan to West Yorkshire might be coming to Oldham
This would probably mean goodbye to Arrows 31939 and 31948, also 31952 probably. yet 34207 is an S reg too, so that would be strange.
Anyone noticed something strange about 34096?
Regarding seeing a Dart on 181/182 I'm not surprised to be honest as since the recent repaints and rebranding was done to most of the B9 fleet at Oldham it seems that 181/182 routes during the week get varied selection of vehicles on the route now (bar minibuses) there's quite regularly one of the T---KLFs or one of the remaining P---KPXs allocated to the routes now, most are still B7 operated though with B9s turning on some of the Peak Hour workings especially in the mornings
Interesting view this morning with Bolton's 69146 on Blackburn Road outside Holden Mill with "184 Huddersfield" on the destination. More than likely waiting to go up to Egerton for the 533 (not for much longer). I usually see a Dart at the terminus when I'm on the school run each morning.
Also and I know not part if this thread but a Tyrers ex Lothian Trident X583 i think was broken down outside Asda at Astley Bridge.

Wouldn't have liked to have been on that '184' going through Astley Bridge, bit off-course from its normal route
Curious really, as it's not the first time it's happened. I've seen Citaro's parked up in Bury Layover twice with 184-Huddersfield stuck on the destination, and I've heard it noted on many buses over in Bolton/Bury. Might be a driver playing tricks on everyone!

Ashton - 21
Bolton - 28
Bury - 3
Manchester - 22
Oldham - 30
Wigan - 40
These cover all the P reg and some of the R reg buses (MRs are all the older B10BLEs)
Hi in your calculations did you include all the R reg olympians at Bury 30802/6 and also the Alexander oly xdm 31811/6 also reported to be 15 years old this year. I only ask as your list may have missed these off
Regards
Damien
The R reg Olympians at BY (R-HUBs & XDZs) become 15 years old between Feb and May next year. My list is for what is 15 years old now and what will become that by the end of this year.
