The unions and First have been in dispute for a few months now, I believe Bolton and Rusholme drivers have also rejected there latest pay offer so industrial action could be happening again soon

Interestingly it mentions the X35 - I thought general consensus was that this was being operated by Bolton.

53146 is on Bolton staff shuttles today. I wonder if it will go on any service routes like the 519/20

Very much doubt it, I've been told by a friend of mine at Bolton Depot it for Route learning purpoes and obviously Staff Shuttles and shouldn't in theory see service at Bolton but who knows.
