"Storage" i believe it is as all the leeds B10LAs as well as most of Boltons have been sent to Cherry Row which seems to be a dumping ground for storage/scrap buses for WY. Why Boltons have been sent here is a new 1 for me with rumours on other forums saying possibly coming out to service to cover olympic buses going to London. But i tend not to belive rumours unless theres proof to back it up.
The official line on the Bendi's is long term storage at Cherry Row as a reserve fleet

July seems to be Arrow dying season! 31921 at Bolton as has now started doing the whole setting off in second gear lark, and 31932 at Bryn has started doing the same thing but not all of the time! Deary me. :P There was loads of Arrows out today too, with:

Can only assume it has been getting low passenger numbers, unless First are planning a shake-up of services in Bolton.
Even though some links will be lost, the route would be covered by other services. Egerton-Bolton is served by service 225, Dunscar-Bromley Cross by the 537 and Bromley Cross-Bolton by the 537 and 541.

40316 was transffered out from Pioneer last year back to Oldham you might still see pioneer legals as they can not be bothered changing them
