Am very confident that there be convenient data loss when routes can't cope with numbers. Like when shops reopen and people are at Oldham street. Trying to get home as am sure media will be looking at numbers to report on first failing.
First Manchester not having much luck with their Vantage vehicles, with two of them being involved in crashes on Wednesday.
39258 was involved in an accident in the city centre, crashing into a hotel roof on New York Street during the afternoon, whilst operating on the V2 to MRI.
Then 39256 was involved in a crash on the East Lancs Road with an Audi on another V2 service, heading to Atherton, although the car came off worse than the bus.

Another accident involving a Vantage vehicle. This time, 39260 colliding with a taxi in Salford. Follows on from accidents with 39256 and 39258.

After looking at the damage to the Vantage bus involved this morning and speaking to a couple of friends of mine its looking likely this latest one could be off the road for a while if what I've heard of true this is the current situation with the Vantage Fleet:
1> One is off the road needing a new back end
2> One is off the road needed a new front dome after the incident in Manchester recently
3> Today's will be off the road maybe needing a new front end
Also not to sure how true but I'm led to belive that some parts including Windsreens are not easily availble over here at the moment which could delay vehicles being fixed.
Not to sure of the situation with the spare Geminios 36279 & 36280 and I did hear that maybe one of them is or was off the road.
Looking at the current situation I'm wondering whether First Leeds will send something over to cover as at this rate First Manchester are going to running out of suitable vehicles to opertate the service and operate it along the busway unless they start using standard vehicles on some duties obviously using the busway diversion.
Was it not in the pipeline for First to reopen rusholme depot? Passed it earlier this week and it looks in a very sorry state.

Would I be correct in thinking the Rochdale 6 and Ashton 348 Interwork with the 409?

Nope Mon-Sat at the moment the 6 Kirkholt Circular runs on its own but on Sundays its interesting as some 6s interwork with 182 Rochdale-Manchester service.
And as far as I know nothing currently interworks with 348 Carrbrook-Ashton service.

Nothing whatsoever interworks with the 409 either.
