Looks like Tameside Depot could be short of a few Hybrids at the moment as on Tuesday there were 2 Cummins Solos on Stockport Duties and today one of the Cummins engined Solos was out on 419s

At least one of the Hybrid Versa's normally used in Stockport was on 41's today but I did notice the standard Solos on the 419 myself.

There were a few odd allocations today. I spotted at B9 on the 346 at lunchtime and a further B9 running through Mottram on the 387 a short time later.

Highly unlikely.
I left Ashton on a 236 at 12.46 and the B9 on the 346 passed me halfway up Penny Meadow Ashton bound.
The B9 on the 387 passed me just before the Roe Cross at 13.05 also Ashton bound so must have been a mighty quick turn around in Hyde lol.

Yes that's unlikely but generally @ ashton
346 arr @ xx38 leaves as 387 @ xx50
I'm in and around Ashton most Lunchtimes during the week and it was quite rare to see B9's on the 346/387. It's normally a Dart or Solo. Certainly in more recent times with the loss of most of the B9's to Oldham/Queens road.

I was in Bury on Sat 1st Feb, and rode a bendi on route 471. I saw other stock, including double-deckers and Eclipses alongside bendis on route 135.

Are these a loan or a transfer? The new Enviro400s were plentiful and we saw 25 of the 27 out in service including 33857 on the 158 to Davenport - did not know that Rusholme work contracts. 33842 and 33848 were not seen and I think it has been mentioned that 33848 has noy yet arrived after accident damage in Glasgow. The cross-connect branding is interesting with 3384x having the NMGH strap line but that on the Streetlites changed to show Eccles as the destination. From observation 63096, 63146-9 and 63151 have been de-branded and 63150/2-6 have the Eccles branding. Having said all that there was a mix of branded 41 Streetlites and branded 42 Enviro400s on both the 41 and 42 routes to Eccles and NMGH respectively. Very confusing.

It would indeed look odd having route 41 and 42 branded buses on opposite routes. I am hoping to ride an E40D on route 41 to Eccles, probably on the same day as Metrolink to the Airport, potentially in December.

with the 346/387 duties ive seen a lot more streetlites on it than solos gen its the x reg darts n s/light with 54 solos covering hybrids and 02 solos on 353/4+ 335

the b9 have 5 spec boards for pk hour working for 348/350 with 1 spare that can appear anywhere
30964/5 usually work the 16.08 348 board as this is now the pm peak spare

the hybrids atm ate short. 2 are vor at bb with 1 awaiting a repair
