Interesting was on that as an 8 yesterday, I find it remarkable, Oldham have this. Knicked another bus off Bolton. Bolton are already down on numbers enviro wise. And the B9s 12 plates were there to fill the gap as we know. I'd love to know what makes Oldham so special.
Maybe they are testing/comparing against the Enviros on this route now. Bolton as far as I can see only have two Enviros is service as yet (33657/73) and always seem to be on the 8. I don't think anything is certain until all the Envrios are in service which I would have thought should be sooner rather than later. Aren't the Enviros parked up at WN the BN ones?
Yes that's true, they are all reported at Wigan Depot. I was just surprised as 36279/80 were allocated to Bolton to help fill the gap, on the fact that some Enviros as we know are in the south west. So it just seems odd, to remove them. But as you say maybe its testing against the Enviros on the 184. The only thing that is certain is that Oldham at least in the short term will end up with more in service Enviro's. Even more important now that Oldham are shipping out all of there B9s

Are you sure it's Wigan and not Queens Rd? Seems odd to move two repainted B9s when they swapped 66931!
A reliable source tells me they have been sighted in Wigan on local services, his information said 37303 and 4. But only 37303 has been seen running32,33, and the 600, so I'm informed.
At the time I thought it may make sense to shift them there to join up with 37305/15 but in honesty Jason I'm not sure what to believe

37304 was on the X34 Saturday i rode it so i presume this is a Wigan working also Spinning Jenny has been stuck on Wigan local work a lot recently i presume to Equal out the mileage on the batch?

34291 has hat a flip-dot destination display fitted now which looks exactly the same as the ones that were on some of the Palatine II Arrows and on the B10Bs.

Two more Enviros in service in Bolton, 33696/7 both on the 36.
Outside the depot were 33699/704/17. Not sure if they are Bolton or Oldham

Spotted 36279 on the 184 this evening, was surprised to see that this evening and 36280 this morning. Also saw 69209 on the 81A, which may have confused a few people in Oldham given that the bus is branded for the 100.
Looks like there's been a swap between Oldham and Queens Road as 37442 was on the 89 heading into Manchester around 6.30pm-ish.
Mix of vehicles on the 83, which had Enviros, B9TLs and a Dart, 40428, which may have had a little incident this evening too, as it was parked on Oldham Road just after McDonalds in Failsworth (heading towards Oldham) with a car in front with the driver stood beside the bus talking to somebody. Couldn't tell what was happen as I was going past on the 180 but guessing there may have been a little coming together between the car and 40428.
