Quite a lot happening in Bolton today.

Enviro 33670 still with Shuttle branding was sat on the BS whilst 33690 without any branding was parked across the road at the old Church the drivers use as a mess. Quite a few of the drivers where sat playing with the cab controls!

Big surprise at the depot was the sight of new B9 36279 without it's shuttle branding. There was also another one of these parked in the yard which I presume to be 36280. There was reports that two of these would be at Bolton with the other 98 going to Leeds although 36181/2 had been quoted. Strange but now seems to be the truth. Anyone know why!

Enviros parked outside the workshop included 33674/6/8/83

Visitors included 66866 (81 branded), 37470/1 from OM and 66908 from QS.

Repainted BN B7RLEs included 69160/1/70

60234 and 60228, could possibly be there for keeps, as the movements are starting to happen gradually now BN has enviros in service

Walked through Mumps yesterday and went past Oldham depot and did see two Citaros parked up, just couldn't see fleet numbers as they were too far away.

60234/60228 Are the citaros at oldham, it seems they are possibly the first of the fulltime transfers

As Bury have 37546 and 66846

I got 34096 on the 472 in Bury the other day which was surprising, was it just there for the day or has it moved?

Damien

Some confirmed movements to happen and have already happened

Concerning Bury Depot and Bolton Depot and Oldham Depot

Oldham and Bury are exchanging 15 citaros, three of which have already gone 60234 and 60228 and one with an unknown fleet. These are going into service at Oldham, but not until they are MOT'D.

37546,66846,66860 have replaced these at Bury with immediate effect. Bury are to gain 20 B9s from Oldham Depot, as my source says he has a long list of buses waiting for approval and MOT'S, or they will be sent straight away/when possible whatever management decide.

Over the next few weeekends and beyond as more enviros are delivered to OM and BN this will displace a lot of buses B9s and some B7s at OM and BN etc.

In addition, it has been confirmed that all remaining scanias are to leave Bury

all likely for Bolton, to complete the dart/replacement

Bury's replacements for the above likely to be B7s and B9s mixed combination of the two.
The above information is from reliable First sources

Damien

I am wondering if 37470/1 could be two of the B9s scheduled for a move to BY, and they are just sat at BN before going to BY.

Also can anyone tell me if the 472/4 are overground routes, as tfgm have them down as such.

More likely for MOT etc i would have thought.

Could also be that they are MOTd then transfered, but time will tell i guess.
Is 61137 moving to Bolton?
