304 (SN16 OVB) is now in service

Some amendments have already been made to the 62(A) - an updated timetable has been published (dated 25 January 2020 in the bottom right, replacing the one dated 24 January 2020).
Quite a few journeys seem to operate earlier than originally proposed in the morning and 15 minutes later in the afternoon from Warrington, with more minor changes in the other direction, though there are some other amendments too.
The Saturday service is generally 15 minutes later from Warrington than originally proposed but only slightly different in the opposite direction.
It seems to be an effort to co-ordinate much better with Arriva's timetable, though it still looks very far from ideal, with quite a few layovers of over half an hour at Halebank.

As suggested, no doubt there will be a more comprehensive rethink of the routes to come over time.

Cheshire's Own Buses, anyone? haha

Maybe it will be earmarked the Enviro 200-MMCs currently on standard routes and then given a Cat number?

Hope so - the only thing is that a full return journey takes about 3hr 5 minutes, so it is almost certain to interwork with other routes, making the use of branded vehicles probably less likely.
I guess it's a case of wait and see what happens though, particularly given that Arriva is also on the 62, so they might have to respond to each other's amendments over time.
