It needs to get going thats the problem and the taxi trade dont seem to like them as well.
Night buses in Reading are busy mainly because of the amount of uni students but also the late night trains to London (and London has a very busy nightlife). Warrington doesn't have even half as many uni students. And doesn't have all night trains to somewhere with a bustling nightlife.
It could work and I wish them the best of luck but I think this won't last longer than the new year. Not without funding.

Night buses for airport passengers is also starting to creep up. If can remember Warrington use to have a coach service 24h to liverpool/manchester airport.
