If I read this right are the 1/2 coming off the QBP's as surely stagecoach making there's gold be a breach unless Arriva are going sapphire on there 2
The mmc is On the same shift each day. However has been in the last few days as somebody decided to smash one of the emergency exit punch Windows and they've had difficulty sourcing another from their usual glass supplier.
The buses will be adl enviro 300 on gold. regarding arriva going sapphire they already have on the x2

Luke just to correct you we have not on the X2 we just have a spare sapphire vehicle so it gets dumped on there as it can't really sit in depot all day...usually if a sapphire breaks down a normal bus will get thrown on X2 and swapped
Just to confirm the X2 Is not a sapphire route just that's where the spare sapphire bus ends up

It doesn't state anywhere that the 1/2 won't be part of the QBN, so unless it is actually stated somewhere, it is safe to say that it will remain in place.
1/2 will still be a QBP.
You've got to remember that these QBPs only set minimum standards for vehicles - an operator can add as many features as they like over and above that minimum.
Delivery will be late October.

As such in recent years on the likes of the 471/2 QBP route it had been Arriva taking the lead with the better spec vehicles , so it does make a change with regards the 1 /2 for Stagecoach taking the lead.
Although it has been Arriva taking the lead on 471/2, you've got to remember that (well IMHO at least), Stagecoach are still getting settled with Wirral etc.
Yes Enviro400s were brought in, but I think they are more of a short-term-couple-of-years solution and there will be new vehicles ordered (possibly next years order).
