I would imagine your BMI is assessed at the medical stage.
DVLA PSV medical regulations would also presumably rule some very overweight people out, in case of increased complications/risks to health.
But there is no official weight limit.... ???
I only know C814BYY and D251FYM already gone to Ensign, But other one D238FYM at Rock Ferry Depot. Three of them D158, 183 and 235FYM not know where is now.

There are two open top olympians at Chester, not sure which fleet numbers they carry,
D238 FYM was being worked on at Chester this afternoon - as of 3.30pm it still had First Manchester legals and fleet number 39938. Not sure of the number of the other one as I could not get a clear view but have been told that it has its Stagecoach fleetnumber and Stagecoach logos applied and will be out in service when the Sightseeing tour starts at the end of next week.

D183 FYM was still parked outside Wrexham at the weekend, it has barely moved since the end of January.
