Not surprisingly, it doesn't even mention service buses in the area. The site just says that Park and Ride sites will be clearly sign posted. Drifting off-topic, but this is the same woolly wording as for the Farnborough Air Show. My brother is going south for that and staying overnight in a small hotel north of Basingstoke. Due to time constraints (not least because the hotel doesn't serve brekkie until 8am because its Sunday!), he wants to know exactly which direction he should head to find the quickest way to the show. He's not impressed by the seemingly pointless secrecy, and the same principle seems to apply here.
I think the secrecy with regards the park and ride is they want all the cars to arrive from the same direction for ease of access. The location of the previous park and rides is easy to find as they left the concrete entrances into the fields used from last time , so that expense didnt need to be found this time .

On Wirral website said will be Park and Ride following on AA yellow sign but never say where about. Possibly put AA yellow sign on the post should be by now. So easy to find where. Hope this help.
I have found the sites , one will be in Heron Road and the other Pump Lane .

Its in a briefing bulletin on the Wirral Borough Council website , knowing the area quite well these spots have quite expansive fields which are probably hired by the R&A from the respective farmers specifically for the event , probably like most other Open courses.
Scania L94UB/Wright Axcess Floline X265 USH (28539) is working services 41/42 this evening.

I think this destination is on the same set of blinds as the 15.

Certainly is, for show purposes

There's big yellow signs from the minute you come off the motorway!
