The 10A, 14, 20/21 and 82/86 definitely, and for me the 17 as well as I've seen buses completely full both during and outside peak times. Enviro300s were the wrong sized replacements for this route, bearing in mind it also serves Anfield and is an utter nightmare to use on match days.
What's any of this got to do with Chester and Wirral?

Oh ye I forgot about the 14. Ive heard Green Lane are getting more deckers after the ones for 12/13/15 so I presume they would be for the 14. I dont fully agree with both companies having deckers on the same routes except the 86 corridor. This is my personal opinion, the 10A has the prefect balance of Arrivas deckers and Stagecoachs single deckers, and I think the 14 would be the same.

I've heard from an irregular but trusted source there is a good chance that Green Lane depot could receive more (between 16 and 18) double deckers from of the 2015/16 order for the 14. It's unknown what any new double decker stock would be replacing at Green Lane - but my money is on the Commanders and "Classic" Pulsars being redeployed to replace Y-reg saloons at other depots. Let's hope it happens - because the 14/14A desperately needs extra capacity
I do agree with you on the point you have made there Shaun - whilst the 10/10A has needed double decker capacity for a long time - I just don't think the passenger numbers are there for both operators to operate double deckers on the 10/10A and 14/14A

There is 6 at Gillmoss. Only caught 2 maybe 3 numbers though. 21117, 21119 and what looked like 21123.
