Is this service funded by Merseytravel?

Timetable seems to show only the 10:00 journey as operating on behalf of Merseytravel:
https://merseytravel.adidocdn.dev/timeta...y_2024.pdf
Looks like there's a 11:15 ferry to the Isle of Man on selected days, so possibly the 10:00 is seen as a service a few staff will use, rather than ferry passengers?
That's just a mistake on the timetable, the entire service is a Merseytravel service.
Bee Network 84224 in the yard at Rock Ferry today, having had some panels replaced and awaiting repaint.

Oh dear, the driver has some serious explaining to do & will be very lucky if he doesn't get a P45 for it, the 38B is supposed to carry on down New Chester Road then goes up Bedford Road, no bus route goes down Green Lane.

Reading that the bus was on a diversion because of a fire at a derelict pub [used to be known as Hotel California, which has been closed & derelict since 2018, so no doubt an insurance job] on Lairds roundabout & New Chester Road was closed because of it, however the bus should have continued with the diversion down Old Chester Road to Bedford Road & not gone down Green Lane.
Usual bus times precaution but it looks like both the ex Peoplesbus E200MMCs are now at Chester Depot with 36804 now come in other way to Preston (not sure what the other bus that Chester have lost is however)
