The last bus on the 2 (19:08) from Runcorn which currently terminates at Helsby will extend to Chester and will run as a X30 under request from Cheshire West & chester Council
22 timetable shows a considerably later finish, last bus from West Kirby departs at around 1930 and continues to Chester. Last bus to West Kirby from Chester leaves around 1800 with a further bus to Heswall leaving around 1900. Timetable isn’t particularly clockface anymore, however.
41/42 evening timetables are also a little messy, was expecting a routine half hourly frequency.
2 has an increased level of service, one per hour continues to Runcorn as per the X2 route. Service appears to finish a bit earlier than it previously did
5 timetable is now far simpler by removing the 5A shorts

Thanks for the link. Of interest is the reduction of frequency on route 1 on Sunday daytime from every 20 minutes to every 30 minutes. Appreciate that there will also be the X1 which is also billed as operting every 30 minutes on Sundays, but it could get cosy on some of these services unless they operate deckers.
With the X8 being dropped and what’s left of it going to Rock Ferry are Chester’s Enviro400 MMCs likely to leave Chester?
The 1 hits the two hour mark throughout the daytime from the Business Park to Liverpool, then goes down by a massive 20 minutes to around 1:40. I'll assume that there alight at the Railway Station and get the train.
With the X1 whats going to happen with the current X8 branding atm on the X2. Gold 1/X1?

They're on loan from Gillmoss so I'd imagine they'd go back there (if they do leave)

Didn’t think that they were loans I assumed they were for Gillmoss originally when new though

They were new to Gillmoss for the 20/21 but went on loan to Chester for rail replacements in early 2017
