The Selwyns contract for the 12 was a completely different from the existing contract. It was awarded because another operator pulled out. Not heard anything but will ask when I'm in work on Monday.
hattons travel have won the 12 contract
Thanks for that Dave. Hattons have down a Town Centre Circular in the past - the 100 before the Eco Buses started. T310 MBU with Stop 'n Shop emblazened down the side.

Also now on Merseytravel future changes page is the 196 - the Mon - Sat morning journeys are withdrawn from 10th August (same date as they gain the 12).
Now available is a booklet of information about the 1914 memorial period, 23 - 27 July:

We still await the 10 timetable for the 27th July - the rumour is that it is being reduced to every 15 minutes (which sounds about standard given the timetables so far released).
New timetable for the 80/80A:

New timetable for the 75:

New timetable for the 52/52A:

So looks like frequency reductions are the watchword with Arriva at the moment.
It's only for the summer isn't it as they all change again at the end of August?
Not sure mate as I believe the reduction on the 10s is permanent.
From the future changes Merseytravel page the 10/10A is one of the routes with a timetable change at the end of August again so we'll have wait and see i suppose.
