I am wondering whether the 414 timetable has some bearing on the 432/3 and 437 changes.
Some one in the know at Arriva may be able to enlighten us how and where the driver changes will be performed on this service , as it no longer has any real connection with the 403/13 timetable .

So, Arriva remove the 26 from Scotty due to traffic issues? Then decide to send it round the already clogged up STS?? Clever.
To be honest i dont believe anybody when they say traffic issues caused the services to be rerouted away from Scotland Road , Scotland Road is not always clogged up , it maybe in the morning and evening in the direction of peak demand but outside them times its like any other road in Liverpool , there must be a reason for the rerouting other than traffic .

Might it have something to do with the redevelopment of great homer street. New shopping centre sainsburys and also the new Notre Dame school?? Nothing on Scotland road! A few services have been re routed that way from Walton/bootle (and the 56 moved back to Scotland road)

That is indeed the reason for the re-routing of services away from Scotland Road. The school is only phase 1 of what will be a pretty extensive redevelopment of the Great Homer Street area that starts in earnest in January 2014.
The routes have been changed now to cater for the school.
