I think Merseytravel have gone by the official withdrawal date, rather than when the 30 actually stopped running!
New 78 & 81s also online from October
Thanks! Those two didn't seem to be online earlier!
Valid from 7th October 2012:
78 (Liverpool - Halewood)
The Monday to Saturday frequency is reduced to 30 minutes.
The times are changed.

81/81A/181/881 (Bootle - Speke or Liverpool John Lennon Airport/Bootle - Jaguar Land Rover Factory)
Arriva: Route 81E buses are renumbered 81 and are extended to run from Hunts Cross to Speke.
(All other times and services are unchanged.)

Valid from 5th September 2012:
34/34A (St Helens - Newton-le-Willows or Leigh)
Timetable reprinted.

Odd though as this timetable was only last issued on 2nd September 2012 (when the change was 'Route 34A is rerouted to serve Bradlegh Road, replacing a part of Route 20. The times are changed.') so I assume there was an error in the original one?
As a regular user of 34, just at a glance, I can't tell any difference to the 2nd September timetable.
There is a correction on the map page. At least the GM portion is on the map now, even if it is squashed in scale-wise on the edge of the page!
Travel News Update
Planned changes between 16 - 22 September 2012
http://www.merseytravel.gov.uk/articleim...202012.pdf
The following services are changing on 16 September:
14/14A (Liverpool - Widnes)
The times will be changed. Saturday afternoon buses will no longer serve bus stops in Dale Street or Lord Street or Victoria Street.
86/86A/86C/86D (Liverpool - Allerton, Childwall, Garston, Liverpool South Parkway or Liverpool John Lennon Airport)
The normal timetable is re-introduced. Buses will run more often and the times will be changed.
X36 (Liverpool John Lennon Airport – Ellesmere Port)
This service will only run between Runcorn and Ellesmere Port, so will no longer serve Merseyside.

Can't believe they've reduced the 78s, they were busy enough at 20mins and now that the schools are back that route will just be hell!
