24136 really is being repainted (it isn't complete yet though), however it is still inside Gillmoss depot building so no photos to go online just yet!

Are any of the MAN Enviro300's going to enter back into service any time soon?

Not sure on the MANs - I guess if service levels increase again soon (and hopefully we are allowed more on the buses than 25%) then they could go out again

At the moment the only single decker operated routes are the 204 (using Enviro300s) and 97/98 (using Optare Solos) - Although the Enviro200s are taxed and you will seem them out and about they are only being used for staff transport at the moment, to allow for social distancing instead of using the smaller Hyundai i800s vans.

The other shuttle vehicles (and indeed those Hyundai vans) are being used though for when there is only 1 or 2 drivers travelling somewhere.

Two very odd workings today, MMC 10576 did a duplicate on HTL's 898/899 this morning and 24172 did them this afternoon.

Any reason why this was and did the buses actually have the blinds programmed correctly?

I'm guessing it's due to they are quite busy services and due to restricted capacity due to covid 19 HTL cant fit many passengers on there optares so maybe merseytravel have asked for stagecoach to run dupes provide provide extra capacity.

There was an Enviro300 on the 10A yesterday morning too.

I think that is it pretty much, HTL didn't have any resources available to duplicate services from this week as their other services were all back to full operation

The morning trip didn't have proper destinations but by the afternoon it was sorted

Duplicated trips are as follows:

898 0520 Page Moss - 0551 Gale Road (Kirkby Admin)
899 0615 Lees Road (Outside Subway) - 0649 Page Moss

899 1716 Lees Road (Outside Subway) - 1752 Page Moss
899 1850 Page Moss - 1942 Page Moss

Edit: PM trips/times confirmed - they are correct too, there is nearly a 1 hour break between the two PM trips

24181 was on the 899 last night, 36821 on the 898/899 this morning!

It appears there is yet another 898 duplicate trip (well half of one)..
