17176 and 17283 are on the 10C, a waste in my opinion

24176 is on 53's today, quite unusual for one of these on this route although you would wonder if this may become the norm for a while after the loss of 5 Enviro300's to the X8.

Had a ride on one of a handful of Versas on the 53 today and thought it was a very nice ride overall. Seats were a bit tired and flat, but it was smooth and handled the perils of Stanley Road admirably. I'd have one of these over an Enviro300 or Dart any day.

Also on the 10C this lunchtime was Trident 17272 (HSV194). Nice to see deckers on the 10 corridor, but they'd be much better utilised on the 10A.

Yes, 25225 was a versa on 53 today, didn't ride it though, these things sound exactly like a dart and really with similar seating I suppose that's what they are really. In my opinion though they are no substitute for an Enviro300 and really they are a downgrade for the 53.

Yes (or they were Sunday anyway). 7 are in a line and the other two are round the back.

They do, it just so happens that the two at the front (29887 and 29883) did not have standard fleetnumbers (or placements) due to various things, but all still have them including the above two. 29887s front one is small by the door and 29883s is in the middle above the Bluebird badge (hidden on photograph). Except for the 'Not for service' notices they appear to be in the exact same condition they left Wrexham in.
