Just checked my records, the additional Trident/ALX400s at Gillmoss are as follows:

18354 MX55KPE
18355 MX55KPF
18356 MX55KPG
18364 MX55KPT
18366 MX55KPV
18372 MX55KPY

All from Preston, likely displaced by the new Scania N250UD/Enviro400MMCs. I think these are all officially in reserve but are used on strike days.

The other serviceable (but I think officially reserve Tridents but they go out on strikes days) are as follows:

17491 LX51FML
17839 LX03BYR (dual door this one)
18002 SF53BZJ
18147 PX04DOA
18378 MX55KRK
18385 MX55KSJ


There are also three Enviro400s, 19034 SN56AWA, 19037 SN56AWG & 19039 SN56AWJ.

There are a few other Tridents too including 17272 X272NNO but I think these are long term stored although 17272 did go out in the summer a few times during the Open Golf tournament.

17272 has been sold.

Is 17272 sold for scrap then? Might have to look out for that getting picked up!

No idea who's its gone to, the fleetcard didn't say.
But given that 47753 and 52360 were also sold last time round, I'd put money on it being a breaker that has them.

Few odd ones noted today, Trident 17491 LX51FML on an X3 this afternoon, Trident 18378 MX55KRK on 14A while Dart 34813 PX06DVW was incredibly out on an 86 this afternoon too!

Solo 47711 MX54YZU was on route 101.

10547 was spotted turning in to Maghull Station just before lunch. The destination display just said Stagecoach. Are they doing any rail replacement over Xmas/New Year?

There is half rail reps/half normal service on from Maghull-Ormskirkin the morning I think it is (might be Aintree-Ormskirk) due to power supply issues plus some on standby all day

Dart 33030, a long term resident at Gillmoss (despite being sold years ago apparently) has left the depot finally!

Not sure where it has gone but it isn't where it has been stored on the back wall so I assume it was taken away recently.


19038 is now back in Gillmoss, as are three more Enviro400s, 19041, 19043, and 19044.

19037 has a slightly revised livery now too with an orange stripe on the front.

19038 VKB708 was back out in use from Gillmoss today, noted on the 20s earlier.
