P330 AYJ 33030 has been sold but does anyone know if its been sold for scrap or further use?

It's certainly been sold, but it looks like the sale was for scrap.
Last seen dumped at GM last September, destys missing, and stripped of its 'Stagecoach' lettering...

I seem to remember these buses had 'Sutrak' air conditioning units on their roofs as they were new to Hong Kong. They seem to have come back to the UK in the summer of 2000.

Anyway, a GOV.UK search also confirms 33030 to be untaxed...

33030 (P330 AYJ) NEW 1996, REG 01-06-2000, DEAD 21-05-2014, 5900ccDIESEL, MULTI-COLOUR, £330 PER YEAR.

The seats on those were quite nice, unless you were in the row before the back where the leg room was non-existent unless you were a child. The fact the bus was untaxed and dests removed doesn't necessarily mean a thing but just that stagecoach weren't planning to use it anymore. The age of it though, it would seem unlikely to be anything other but scrapped but you never know.

Just found a more up-to-date photo of 33030 (taken last month).
It still seems to be dumped at GM (which surprised me).
Wonder if its still there now?....

Yes its still in Gillmoss now. I was just wondering who its been sold to. P426 AYJ was still in service in the lakes a few months back if I remember correctly.

Parked along the back fence today from what I can remember off the top of my head was

You do remember correctly however since then it has dropped into Reserve and with Credit to the last Fleetcard at the start of this Month its for Disposal, shame tbh as it was a good Bus

34743 is parked up here today.

Stagecoach currently have 47711 on 53, quite a poor allocation.

47712 was in them yesterday, Gillmoss are short on buses at the moment.
