Was this on a Manchester via Stockport or a Manchester via Manchester Airport service.

Not full of confidence - the list of trains on routes otherwise unaffected has at least two errors and there is no mention of the Huyton service, which according to RTT is largely only running to Wigan with a few trains starting Blackpool but none the other way!

Indeed the whole system is up the wall. Just tried to plan a return trip from St Helens Central to Blackpool North on 23rd June and it came back sorry nothing available. I think we're down to T minus 12 seconds these days lol.

Was that on Northern’s ticket site or National Rail?

National Rail.

Out of interest I’ve just tried both Northern and National Rail. Both St Helens - Blackpool North return on the 23rd departing at 0800 and 1700 respectively and no problems.

I did however get this lecture from National Rail.

Should add it was to Blackpool North specificly and not just Blackpool.

I did however get this lecture from National Rail.

I checked National Rail originally on the National Rail app, so I presume it must have been a slight problem with the app as I have just checked on the PC and can now see journeys (thankfully through as well which is a relief).

It arrived on a service via Airport, returning via Stockport
