Same one already discussed a few pages back. While it's dated for a meeting on 14th July, they make the documents available around a week prior to that so that people attending the meeting have the chance to read them and come up with questions before they arrive at the meeting.

They're interesting to those who like passenger trains. You also have to think about those who aren't on the forum. They're probably on Facebook like but I'm sure the people are there but in very small numbers.
