Manchester Airport to Liverpool services suspended for the rest of today due to a number of 319s developing issues due to the weather conditions. TPE services had been suspended due to a failed 319 at Newton-le-Willows but now that's been moved they're running as normal again.
Arent the Class 319 close relations of the Class 317's that had problems a long time ago with dry snow ingress in to traction motors.

Classes 317, 318, 319, 320, 321 and 322 are all British Rail Mark 3 derived EMUs
323 231 is currently at Allerton depot, having come from Crewe last Wednesday evening.
Reportedly a number of 319s have been taken out of service for urgent safety checks.
