Seems to be virtually identical to the December 2018 plan, including the Manchester-Greenbank and Blackpool-Macclesfield services. It would also appear the proposed service to Gainsborough Central is going to be to Lincoln
Note the highlighting seems to be incorrrect as the northern service to Chester is highlighted as currently operating. they also seem to imply the four tph service to Harrogate, originally supposed to have run in May 2018 is already running - presumably there are firm right from that date.
Appears that the 1036 Brush, Loughborough to Allerton did run and that 769431 is now on Allerton Depot.

In the case of Greenbank it actually corrects an error. Northern originally accidentally requested access rights to run Greenbank to Manchester services on Sundays, despite no plan to operate them.
I wonder if the 769 has been moved to meet a contractual deadline - it seems unlikely to do any testing until the new year, if indeed it doesn't then go straight back to Lougborough?

Engineering familiarisation seems more likely
I see Northern have again announced cancellations for this Sunday (as they appear to have done every Sunday for the last few months). The Liverpool - Wigan stopper is cancelled again. They may as well just make the service on this line hourly in the timetable until they have the resources to run 2 trains per hour as at present the Sunday timetable is a work of fiction.
